First post!

Hello, the first post to the site, just so it is not so empty, I will be posting links to support info and various other resources, with links to great local Ricoh dealers so they can form support relationships. I will also start letting certain other privileged individuals make guest posts for fixes here, I know, Linked in and other's do similar stuff already, but 22 years with Ricoh experience has to be worth something, email and posts will be handled here and by telephone and pc support directly holding your hands for a charge, sorry, I can't let you pay me with parts sales like I did with my tenure at Spectrum(Faxworld) for so many years. On the subject of Spectrum Business Centers, just briefly, they have some really great technicians, I know, I managed them for many years, They are no longer focused on helping the Ricoh Community, I hope they survive after they have forgotten where they came from...I did not abandon my post, It was not a mutual decision. But I had really grown beyond them and had not realized that the situation almost ruined me in my career and my attitude towards life. So let's see what we can do to help you!
